Our Mission

To cultivate the highest quality cannabis while protecting our natural resources and growing our community and employees.

Guiding Principles

  • Quality Products: We grow and manufacture our own cannabis, ensuring every product meets our high standards.
  • Community Service: We’re deeply committed to serving Aztec and the surrounding areas, supporting local artists, and fostering a welcoming space for all.
  • Employment Opportunities: We believe in growing our team just as we grow our plants, offering meaningful jobs and a supportive work environment.
  • Cannabis Education: Knowledge is power, and we’re here to share it. Through resources and guidance, we help our community make informed choices about cannabis.

The Spiral Symbol

The spiral in our logo represents the cycles of nature and our holistic “seed to sale” philosophy. It also holds personal significance, mirroring the spiral
s on Jonathan and Jennifer’s wedding bands, symbolizing their unity and shared purpose.

ABOUT US

OUR GROWING TALE

Jonathan and Jennifer Grady, founders of Grady’s Cannabis, have deep roots in agriculture that span from large-scale "big Ag" operations to sustainable, organic farming. Coming from backgrounds in massive alfalfa hay farms, they were inspired to pioneer their own path in regenerative agriculture. Over the years, they've owned and operated large farms from Texas to Nevada, growing crops like milo, alfalfa, cotton, hard red wheat, corn, and more—transitioning from conventional methods to USDA-certified organic practices for the past 10 years.

Today, they continue to operate their USDA-organic farm in Bloomfield, New Mexico, surrounding their state-of-the-art Agra Tech greenhouse. On the farm, they grow blue corn, which is milled into organic blue corn chips, and yellow peas (also known as split peas) used in soups, stews, salads, and baked goods. This hands-on experience in sustainable farming directly informs their cannabis operations, ensuring every product is grown with the utmost care for the environment.

Jonathan currently oversees the cannabis grow, manufacturing, and the organic farm, while Jennifer manages the retail store and handles the extensive record-keeping for both the farm and cannabis business. Jennifer holds an undergraduate degree in agricultural business and marketing from Fort Lewis College and a master's in business from Eastern New Mexico University, bringing expertise that strengthens their operations.
